I’ve decided to start building a prototype of a horizontal bike rack that I recently discovered on Etsy. I have already begun thinking about how I am going to mod it to my specific taste. I think I will  hook the bottom lip so the bike will not fall out accidentally and also line the inside with felt and use it as storage for various biking equipment. Steve also had the idea of putting a hook on the underside near the back to hang  other biking goods (thanks doood!). I’ll be sure to post my final design.
