this is a post about dreams
Sooo I’m on day three of trying birth control pills again. So far this prescription seems to be working better (as in, not making me super nauseous every day). I’ve been taking it right before bed to minimize possible nausea and I have been having some fucked up dreams.
Last night I was with a group of people locked in this classroom in this alternate dimension. We covered all the windows to the hallway and outside with blinds and construction paper and when the lights started to go out in the hallway we knew they were coming and they wanted to hurt us.
At first they just passed by our room, until some idiot in our group made a noise and they started to rattle the door and pound at the windows. Eventually they start getting in. These fuckers were eight feet tall demon clown-people (which is way-odd? why the hell would I have a clown nightmare? I don’t have beef with clowns). They moved pretty slow, which was even more creepy, because it made me think at any moment if I looked away they would be right on me. We had a small stock of guns loaded with some kind of fake bullets. And the only way to defeat them and send them back to their, like, world was to shoot their butt. Which was clever on their part and shitty on our’s because my companions had cornered ourselves and someone would have to distract one of the demons so another could get a shot in.
Somehow we defeat them and lock ourselves back up in the room. But then it’s the bedroom in my apartment and two of the demons are cuddling on my couch watching television. They seem pretty chill and Dr. Who-esque guide that knew how to stave off the demons before asks me to see what their hair looks like, which determines what kind of demon they are. All of these clown-demons have exaggerated clown-like puffs of hair that are this mottled black and dark gray color. The number of hair poofs is different on these two and somehow that means they’re more likely to be friendly?
But eventually the two of us are spotted and initially they try to get into the room but then it seems like they won’t harm us, but we shoot them up anyway.
That was a lot of explaining and I really hope the pills are not causing these dreams because I have to take them for six months.
